Shipping + Handling


ORDERING WITHIN EUROPE
Delivery is free for all orders within Germany 
Owame Toys takes one working day to process the order. Once an order is packed and dispatched, it takes approximately one to two additional days to arrive within Germany.

ORDERING WITHIN THE REST OF EUROPE
We ship from Berlin, Germany, all orders for Europe are € 9,90 and it takes approximately two to seven additional days to arrive within Europe.

ORDERING THE REST OF THE WORLD
We are very happy to be able to send our products to any part of the world. However. delivery time may change accordingly to each country. The shipping costs are €20,- for any order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
All orders are safely sent using DHL or Hermes. A unique tracking number will be provided to you.

Returns + Exchanges


RETURNS
We are satisfied only if you are. If the product you received doesn't make you happy, please get in touch with us immediately. Items can only be returned to us if they were purchased from our website.

You can return an item only if it is unused  for up to 14 days after receiving your order. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item to Owame Toys.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method (if possible DHL or Hermes) so you can be absolutely sure the items get returned to us and so you can track the status of your return shipment.

FAULTY ITEMS
All our products have a strong quality control. However, some our products could present variations that don't fulfill our expectations. If this is the case, please contact us and return the product. We will process the refund as fast as possible including the shipping cost.

If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away- Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the European Union. For further information about our products or in the instance of a faulty product being received, please contact us.
